Marc is a software engineer and innovator with a track record of starting and growing technology companies, including co-founding and successfully exiting Mxi Technologies and Openera.

Meghan has extensive experience operating small-to-large businesses. Her business acumen and expertise in financing business development is an asset to measured growth.

Chris Wise

Co-Founder & COO

Chris is a long-time software entrepreneur and engineer. He co-founded Fullscript and as CTO built them to a scale of a half billion dollar business.

Colin McDonald

VP of Engineering

Colin co-founded and exited Foko as the lead software engineer developing the platform. He recently joined the team to with his wealth of experience in leadership.

Brad was the CEO of Mxi Technologies for 9 years, and has since continued using technology to create value in the marketplace. As an entrepreneur, CEO, Engineer and consultant/advisor, he has developed businesses that maximize the value of tech.
